We were not born into this world with an instruction manual to ourselves. So we find ourselves wondering “Why did I do that?” “Why can’t I just get over it?” or “I just can’t see how things would ever change.”

Individual therapy is tailored to your needs—to deep dive into your own humanity and get to learn how to be the best caretaker to your human self. You get to learn tools, gain awareness of the the root of your experiences and really get to understand your body’s response to stress, trauma, and anxiety.

You get lean into self awareness to write your instruction manual and in doing so you engage in a process of growth and healing that you can use to navigate any challenging situation for the future.

EMDR Therapy has a lot of tools to learn how to relax, enjoy the present moment and rewire your brain so the past and fear of the future is not in control. We also integrate other therapies such as CBT, DBT Skills, and Mindfulness to enhance your experience.

Good Faith Estimate Notice

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
