Remote Trainer and/or Consultant
(Service Provider)

Engagement Type: Paid Service Arrangement (One-time or Ongoing Basis)
Overview:
Kirkland EMDR Counseling is seeking qualified professionals to provide Training and/or Consultation Services on a remote basis. These services may be delivered as one-time sessions or as part of an ongoing engagement. This is an ideal opportunity for professionals who enjoy sharing their expertise in EMDR and related clinical practices in a flexible, virtual format.
Training Services Scope:
Deliver remote training sessions to Kirkland EMDR Counseling staff via the organization’s video conferencing platform.
Prepare and submit a PowerPoint or Google Slides presentation for distribution to attendees prior to the training.
Present content in a professional, engaging, and clinically relevant manner.
Sessions may be recorded for internal use only, if agreed upon in advance.
Compensation for Training Services:
$250 per live training session for a duration of 60 minutes.
$350 per live training for a duration of 60 minutes and is also recorded for internal use by Kirkland EMDR Counseling staff.
Consultation Services Scope:
Provide clinical consultation sessions to Kirkland EMDR Counseling staff.
Offer guidance and feedback on clinical casework and therapeutic techniques.
If providing EMDR Group or Consultation services, the provider must coordinate with the participants and practice to support EMDRIA certification process.
Compensation for Consultation Services:
$150 per live consultation session for a duration of 60 minutes. To be held in a group consultation session time. No slides are required and not recorded.
$160 per live EMDR Group consultation session for a duration of 60 minutes by a Consultant In Training (CIT). To be held in a group consultation session time. No slides are required and not recorded.
$180 per live EMDR Group consultation session for a duration of 60 minutes by a full Consultant. To be held in a group consultation session time. No slides are required and not recorded.
Scheduling & Availability:
Providers must be available on Thursdays at 1:00 PM (Pacific Time) for scheduled training or consultation sessions for a duration of 60 minutes.
Specific dates and topics will be coordinated in advance.
Additional Information:
All sessions will be hosted on Kirkland EMDR Counseling’s video platform.
Providers will be required to sign an Agreement for Services prior to engagement.
This arrangement is for the provision of specific services and does not constitute employment or contractor status with Kirkland EMDR Counseling.
All providers must demonstrate alignment with Kirkland EMDR Counseling’s organizational values, including a commitment to clinical excellence, cultural humility, collaboration, and trauma-informed care.

Preferred Qualifications:
Licensed or provisionally licensed mental health professional.
EMDR training and experience is highly desired but not required.
Previous experience providing professional training or clinical consultation is a plus.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Access to reliable internet and comfort using virtual platforms.
