Adminstrative Office Team
Operational Excellence & Values-Driven Support
At Kirkland EMDR Counseling, we believe that a thriving practice starts with a supported team. Our administrative staff are the essential architects of our business, creating the systems and environment that allow our clinicians to do their best work.
We are not just a group of therapists; we are a multicultural, multilingual team dedicated to Inclusivity, Equity, and Curiosity. We look for administrative professionals who share these values and want to apply their organizational skills to a mission that matters.
Why Join Our Admin Team?
Remote-First Culture: We prioritize work-life balance with fully remote roles (WA State) and flexible scheduling models.
Meaningful Work: Your skills in billing, logistics, and communication directly expand access to mental health care in our community.
Growth & Respect: We view our administrative team as equal partners in our practice’s success, not just support staff.
Our Administrative Positions
