Therapy heals by providing a safe place and the support to connect to your authentic self. We often become disconnected due to early life messages that we are somehow “wrong” or not enough, or when trauma, grief, and life demands overwhelm us. Therapy helps you recenter, allowing you to ask and know the answers to central questions: How do I feel? What do I need? What is truly my best way forward?

As a therapist, I see my role as both a guide and a fellow traveler, providing a gentle, compassionate presence with an attitude of exploring together. I work holistically because there is no single approach that fits all, and I have a special interest in creative tools like art and journaling. I believe that first developing trust and personalized coping skills lays the essential foundation for working through difficult emotions and experiences.

Through our work together, clients feel more grounded and authentic. You will notice greater confidence as life continues to offer its ups and downs, knowing you are able to access better coping strategies, your inherent strengths, and your inner wisdom.
